Terms of Use

Platform Operator: eu2you LTD.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or signing in to eu2you, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and related policies (Privacy, Cookie, KYC/AML Public Summary, Complaints Handling, Risk Warning, Exchange Regulations & Fees, List of Prohibited Countries & Territories, Prohibited & Unsupported Services, Document Verification).

When you create each order, you enter into a separate agreement directly with the operator/provider that executes that transaction. The terms of that agreement are provided to you by that operator/provider. These Terms do not replace such agreements.

2. Platform Role and Allocation of Responsibilities
eu2you acts as a front-end/marketplace operator, providing the interface to create orders and facilitate technical interaction with service providers. eu2you is not the counterparty to exchanges, does not perform currency/crypto conversion, does not hold user funds, and does not execute payment instructions.

3. Unified Identification and Compliance
Access to transactions is available only after completing mandatory KYC/AML checks. Processing and sharing of KYC/AML data is limited to what is necessary to comply with law, fulfill your order, prevent fraud, and ensure security.

4. Account and Security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and prevent third-party access. You are responsible for actions through your account; notify support of suspected compromise.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
No circumvention of restrictions, scraping, interference, or malicious content. Access is prohibited for users from jurisdictions listed in the Prohibited Countries & Territories and for purposes listed in Prohibited & Unsupported Services. Platform is available only to persons 18+.

6. Placing Orders via the Platform
Orders are routed to the relevant operator/provider according to the operation type. Preliminary values are indicative; once confirmed, you enter into a contract directly with the operator/provider.

7. Suspension of Access and Termination
eu2you may limit or suspend access for breaches of these Terms/policies, legal/regulatory requirements, or upon reasonable requests of operators/providers.

8. Liability and Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, eu2you is not liable for indirect/incidental damages, loss of profit, or for delays/failures of third parties.

9. Changes to these Terms
The current version is published on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are subject to competent courts as specified in eu2you’s jurisdictional notices.

11. Final Provisions
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The electronic form has the same legal effect as a written document.
