Fiat-to-Crypto and Crypto-to-Fiat Exchange Terms

Party to the Agreement: The executing exchange operator partnered with eu2you ("Operator").

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the relationship between you (the "User") and the Operator when exchanging fiat currency for crypto assets and exchanging crypto assets for fiat currency via eu2you interfaces.

By using eu2you and confirming an order, you accept these Terms and the related documents: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, KYC/AML Policy (Public Summary), Complaints Handling Policy, Risk Warning, Exchange Regulations, List of Prohibited Countries & Territories, Prohibited & Unsupported Services, Document Verification.

If you do not agree, do not place or confirm orders.

2. Scope of Services and Allocation

  • Purchase of crypto assets for fiat currencies; sale of crypto assets with receipt of fiat currencies.
  • Certain technical stages may be performed by affiliated or third-party providers; the Operator remains your counterparty.
  • Return-to-Source: fiat payouts are made only to the same instrument/account used for payment, unless required otherwise by law or payment-system rules.
  • Name matching: payer name must match the account name.
  • Compliance with local laws is your responsibility.

3. Registration and Access

Access available after account creation, age confirmation (18+), and successful checks described in Section 5.

5. KYC/AML and Controls

Identification (KYC) and AML/CTF checks are mandatory. Additional information may be requested; accounts/orders may be suspended/blocked or assets frozen during review or upon requests of competent authorities/partners.

Travel Rule may apply from EUR 1,000; for self-hosted wallets, address-ownership verification may be required.

6. Placing Orders and Execution

  • Rate is fixed after receipt of funds per instructions shown; preliminary values are indicative and may differ until fixation.
  • Payment instructions and deadlines are shown in the interface; blockchain transfers are irreversible.
  • Execution timelines depend on networks and checks; manual review can add delays.
  • Correct address/network/memo/tag are your responsibility; errors may lead to loss of funds.

7. Fees, Limits and Payouts

Services are fee-based; commissions may be included in the Rate/Tariff and/or displayed separately. Third-party fees/conversions are outside eu2you’s control.

8. Restrictions and Prohibitions

Use prohibited for persons from certain jurisdictions and for listed purposes. Service available only to persons 18+.

9. Refunds and Refusal

Refunds in limited cases; refusal possible for compliance risks or mismatches; chargebacks handled per policy; erroneous credits adjusted.

10. Risks and Taxes

Crypto transactions carry high risk. Taxes are your responsibility. Immediate execution may waive statutory withdrawal rights once execution begins.

11–17. Liability, payment data, notices, complaints, suspension/freezing, privacy/cookies, governing law/jurisdiction, and final provisions apply per published policies and applicable law.
